Weekend woes
There is a big festival happening in my town this weekend and lots of fun cookouts and parties to attend in light of that. What does this mean for my diet? I pretty much know I’m going to splurge. I’m going to try SO hard not to eat out or consume junk food and hot dogs, but the alcohol consumption alone will definitely put me over my calorie budget.
So, I’m excited about the weekend and also dreading it at the same time. Bottom line- I’m not going to beat myself up or miss out on one of the best weekends of the year. Splurging is necessary sometimes!
Any tips to help me avoid going totally crazy?
